The German Institute for Vocational Training, Labour Market and Social Policies (INBAS) is a private consultancy with extensive experience in the area of labour market and social policy measures as well as in evaluation and technical assistance at European level. INBAS was involved in providing services to the European Commission within the framework of the labour market peer review programme 2000-2001 and the social inclusion peer review programme 2004-2005. The INBAS team co-ordinated the majority of peer reviews during this programme and proved that it has the subject expertise and technical capabilities needed by the Commission to manage a peer review programme.
